Siflo
A continuity engine for the projects that span weeks — walk away, come back, pick up exactly where you left off. Local-first, no account.

Sift the noise. Find your flow.
Todos assume you know what to do next — they're for recording and checking off. But the work I actually care about — changing jobs, moving, studying for an exam, growing a side project — spans weeks and keeps changing state. Come back after a week away and I'd have to rebuild the context from scratch.
Siflo is a continuity engine for those long-haul projects. It doesn't push more tasks at you; it makes sure you can always pick up where you left off:
- Reentry — leave something untouched for a few days and siflo brings you back with the threads you left and what's happened since. No starting over.
- Daily plan — proposes the two or three things most worth doing today, from what's already in motion. You can drop, but you can't add — it never piles on.
- Leave a thread — end a session with one line: "next time, continue from here." It's waiting for you when you return.
- Wait without worry — waiting on a quote, an approval, a reply? Set a review time; siflo nudges you when it's worth another look.
The principles are deliberately anti-pressure: no badges, no streaks, no guilt. Pausing and dropping are as legitimate as finishing. The next step must be concrete — siflo never says "keep an eye on it," it says "do this." And every suggestion comes with its reason; it doesn't pretend to be sure when it doesn't know.
